SAPLN crates
We have SAPLN crates on-site now. This means that all SAPLN items will now go into the designated crates (books in the large ones, AV in the smaller ones). Please ensure that you are familiar with the new process.

volunteers
On the whiteboard there is now an added area ( under the
‘Huddle’ info ) for Magnetic Names for our volunteers. When volunteers are
IN they should place their name of the said day and remove it when they leave
for lunch or the end of the day. Sally
buzzer
Just letting everyone know that the little doorbell buzzer
to get help from the person in the checkin room, has been moved to below the
bench of the computer on the desk with the RFID pad. This is probably a more
useful spot than at the cash register because the school side is where we get
the rushes. Karla

transit slips
From Wednesday the transit slips have been delivered by the system on the machine in the CKI room. We are trialing this across the network to see if there are any issues prior to adopting it network-wide. The Sort Assist machine does not produce these slips (as yet) but we are hopeful that this will occur soon.
