Check-in room prompts
Due
to some unnecessary errors being made, there are now some more detailed
prompting notes in the checkin room to make sure that everyone is following the
same process. Whilst there are multiple processes that work, it is best if we
all do things the same way to avoid mistakes being made and assumptions being
made that are not necessarily correct. Please
familiarise yourself with, and follow the process that is stated, so that
we can provide good service to our customers and avoid wasted time later down
the track chasing up things that should not have happened in the first
