I have been through the lost property and culled its
contents. Thanks to those people who had stuck notes to items with the date the
item was found, this makes the process much easier. If you find anything,
please stick a note to the item with the date (if the note isn’t staying on
properly, please write on your note what the item is too, so we can match the
items up with notes if they fall off).
I have moved the Lost Property box into the Check In room
under the desk. I have also put a note on the box where you can write the date
you check it, so we can keep a track of when it was last checked (anyone can
check it!). Any items tonight that did not have a note, I am giving the benefit
of the doubt and have put today’s date on, so if they are still there in 3
months you can dispose of them.
Any items older than 3 months that could not be
given to the Salvos etc, have been put in the bin. Karla
