Floating collection is now back on so if you notice duplicates on shelf, and they are not daggy! You can look the item up on the Workflows and send them to a branch that doesn’t have a copy, or alternatively you can put them on the duplicates shelf in the check-in room. Angela

Annual business plan

We have a copy of the book Draft Annual Business Plan 2012-13 on display at the front desk for customers to look at in the library, as we only have one copy.  There are two related info brochures on the display board by the adult fiction.  One is a Draft Annual Business Plan 2012-13 snapshot  and the other gives details of meetings and where you can send your comments to.Connie

One Card implementation

There are a number of work-arounds introduced to ensure we can maintain service delivery (and many of them are manual processes). There is no check-in, so all materials are being stockpiled until Thursday (the go live day). Be sure that you are familiar with all new (temporary) processes - they will be documented and on display. And if you are not sure - ask.
